This is Amy on Main Street at Disney World Magic Kingdom about to give Pinoccio a high five. Can I just say Disney World ROCKS!!! I had so much fun and so did the rest of us!
"I see Mickey Mouse" came from Paul every other minute.
It truly is a magical place... at least for me and my family. My children have seen many of the Disney movies like Peter Pan, Little Mermaid, etc. and then for them to actually SEE these characters in person and wave to them is breathtaking! I was looking at this whole experience from their perspective and it was awesome, speechless, exciting and on and on.
I just tried downloading other pictures and was having trouble, so I will attempt again later. Meanwhile, here are some Disney World tips
GO during the last week of January or first week of February! It was 77 degrees, sunny and not super crowded.
Bring a backpack with lots of snacks and drinks
Get the FAST PASS thingys. The longest we waited in line for anything was 15 minutes.
See the street shows and parades. It was so fun to see my kids' faces light up when the characters waved at them.
"She waved at me!!!" From an excited Amy and it was all I could do to not run out in the middle of the parade and thank Snow White for waving at my daughter. It made her day and mine!!
As cheesy as it may sound, wishes do come true at Disney World.
